My dedication to real estate and my commitment to my clients began when I graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. I began my 40-year career with Coldwell Banker and then spent 24 years in the real estate department at Kraft Foods counseling thousands of colleagues through seamless relocations. I am now back with Coldwell Banker and continue to successfully guide clients through their real estate transactions.

When working with sellers I will develop a marketing strategy that includes a thorough review of the market, analyzing recently closed sales and active listings to determine the optimal price point for your house; my marketing team will create customized marketing materials to include top-quality brochures with professionally shot high-resolution digital images for placement in print, web-based marketing, and media.

When working with buyers I will research communities that are of importance to you, I will be with you every step of the way from personalized showings, to skillful contract negotiations, to the home inspection, and through the closing process. My focal point is to make this a successful and pleasant real estate experience.
